Unlike most chalets which will require a minimum of a full week booking. Chalet Gilbert offers you the ability to book for short periods – a weekend or perhaps a few days break during the week when prices are lower.

About your host
I’ve worked for many years running the not-for-profit arm of a consulting firm working in the international development sector. This meant traveling internationally on a regular basis. I’ve recently decided to leave the firm and take a bit of time out before deciding on my next move. It’s an opportunity to travel the world as see places I’ve always wanted to visit. In my spare time I enjoy cooking for friends, skiing, hiking and most outdoor activities. I dabble on the piano for a bit of relaxation (for me, seldom those who are listening).
